As a Martial Artist flexibility plays a crucial role in perfecting my striking game.
My flexibility not only enables me to perform higher kicks, it also helps my balance, allowing me to aim these kicks with more precision. Finally it improves my hip drive, thereby increasing the power I am able to unleash, leading to truly explosive kicks.
I can really not strike the importance of flexibility for performance enough, however it is often neglected by athletes and rookies alike.
