There is no question; a strong, defined mid-section is one of the most sought after aesthetic features among fitness enthusiasts. How I train my abs is also one of the questions people ask me most regarding my training.
For me it has always been about experimenting and being creative in the way I train. At the same time I make sure that my core workouts hit all the different layers of muscles, including the deep layers and obliques. Finally, as I always say: consistency is key.
